Basic Eligibility:

  • Must be an Indian citizen
  • Must be a fresh graduate
  • Should not have undergone any prior apprenticeship training
  • Graduation must be on or after 01.04.2021

Educational Qualification

  • You must hold a Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
  • Graduation date must be on or after April 1, 2021.

No technical degrees? No worries! Any discipline works, as long as you have the certificate.

Age Limit

You need to be between 21 and 30 years as of 01.06.2025. That means your birth date must be between 02.06.1995 and 01.06.2004 (both inclusive).

Selection Process

Here is the Selection Process for NIACL Apprentice Recruitment 2025 in short point-wise format using simple and clear English:

NIACL Apprentice 2025 – Selection Process (Step-by-Step):

  1. Online Written Test (Objective Type)
    • Total Questions: 100
    • Total Marks: 100
    • Duration: 60 minutes
    • Sections:
      • General/Financial Awareness – 25 marks
      • General English – 25 marks
      • Quantitative and Reasoning Aptitude – 25 marks
      • Computer Knowledge – 25 marks
    • Medium: English & Hindi (Except English section)
  2. Merit Ranking (Tie Cases)
    • If two or more candidates score the same marks, the older candidate will be ranked higher in the merit list.
  3. Regional Language Test
    • Candidates must be proficient in the local language of the state they apply for (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding).
    • Exempted: If you studied the local language in 10th or 12th and can provide mark sheet proof.
    • Others will take a language test during document verification. Failing this will lead to disqualification.
  4. Shortlisting for Language Test & Document Verification
    • Candidates who clear the online test will be shortlisted in a 1:3 ratio (3 times the number of seats) based on merit for the next round.
  5. Reservation Rules
    • All Govt. of India reservation rules will be followed for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD categories.
  6. Final Selection
    • Final merit list will be shared via email by BFSI SSC.
    • Final selection is based on:
      • Eligibility check
      • Document verification
      • Regional language test (if applicable)
  7. Document Verification (Original + Self-Attested Copies)
    • Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID, Driving License, or Passport (Any one)
    • 10th certificate (for date of birth)
    • 12th and Graduation mark sheets
    • Degree certificate
    • CGPA to percentage conversion certificate (if applicable)
    • Result declaration certificate (if needed)
    • Caste/Category certificate with declaration (for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD)
  8. Medical Fitness
    • Selected candidates must be medically fit as per company standards.
