Deputy General Manager (Vigilance):
- Educational Qualification(s): MBA (HR)/ PG Degree/Diploma in Industrial Relations, Personnel Management, Labour Welfare, MSW, MA (Public Administration), or LLB from a recognized university with a minimum of 60% marks.
- Experience: 10 years of post-qualification experience at Officer Level in Govt./PSU/Organization, with 5 years in a managerial position in a vigilance department of an organization with more than 500 regular employees.
- Must have experience in vigilance, its monitoring/reporting systems, and applicable laws/manuals.
- For PSU/Govt. employees, 2 years in the scale of Rs. 60000-180000 or 5 years in Rs. 50000-160000 scale.
Assistant Manager (Vigilance):
- Educational Qualification(s): MBA (HR)/ PG Degree/Diploma in Industrial Relations, Personnel Management, Labour Welfare, MSW, MA (Public Administration), or LLB from a recognized university with a minimum of 60% marks.
- Experience: 2 years of supervisory experience at the Officer level (equal to E-0) in the Vigilance Department of Govt./PSU/Bank/Organization with more than 250 regular employees.
