1. Reservation:
   • Reservation will follow Government of Maharashtra (GOM) rules.
   • If candidates from a reserved category are unavailable, positions may be filled by candidates from other categories based on merit.
2. Documentation Required:
   Candidates must bring original documents and two photocopies of the following:
   • Matriculation Certificate and school leaving certificate (age proof).
   • Proof of educational qualifications.
   • Valid registration certificate.
   • Caste certificate, caste validity certificate, and non-creamy layer certificate (if applicable).
   • Experience certificate.
   • Two passport-sized photographs.
3. Terms and Conditions:
   • Contractual appointments are for 364 days only.
   • Selected candidates must sign an agreement on Rs. 100 stamp paper.
   • Candidates will not receive benefits such as PF, pension, gratuity, or leave encashment.
   • No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
4. Professional Indemnity Policy:
   • Surgeons: Rs. 20 lakh coverage.
   • Non-surgeons: Rs. 10 lakh coverage.
   • Proof of the policy must be submitted within 7 days of joining.
5. Right to Selection and Rejection:
   • The selection committee holds the authority to accept/reject applications.
   • The Medical Superintendent reserves the right to terminate appointments for rule violations or if a regular candidate joins.
