- Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering

2. Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Consultant
- Qualification: BCA/BE (CS/IT)
- Experience: 5 years in Monitoring and Evaluation; 2 years in Government Departments
- Skills: Strong analytical and evaluation skills
3. Environmental Consultant
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech/M.Tech in Environmental Engineering
- Experience: 5 years as an Environmental Specialist; 2 years in Government Departments
- Skills: Expertise in environmental regulations and practices
4. Social Development Consultant
- Qualification: MSW/MA in Sociology/Post Graduate in Rural Development/MBA-HRM/MBA in Development Management/Studies
- Experience: 5 years in development/social studies; 2 years in Government Departments
- Skills: Strong conceptual and organizational skills
5. Finance Consultant
- Qualification: MBA (Finance)/M.Com, Tally Certified
- Experience: 5 years in accounting and auditing; 2 years in Government Departments
- Skills: Experience in consolidation of accounts and reporting
6. State ISA Co-Ordinator
- Qualification: Post Graduate in Mass Communication/MSW/Rural Development/Social Science/Agricultural Engineering
- Experience: 15 years in the development sector, preferably in water, sanitation, and rural development
- Skills: Good communication in English and Kannada
7. State Water Quality Co-Ordinator
- Qualification: Post Graduate in Chemistry/Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Microbiology
- Experience: 10 years in water quality analysis; 3 years as Technical Manager/Quality Manager in NABL accredited lab
- Skills: Good communication in English and Kannada
Age Limit
- All Consultant Posts to be up to 45 years
- State ISA Co-Ordinator and State Water Quality Co-Ordinator roles, the maximum age limit is 50 years.
