In addition to the basic pay, the following allowances will be paid based on the place of posting:
- House Rent Allowance and Conveyance Allowance will be provided as per Pay Commission rates.
- Dearness Allowance (DA) will be paid as per applicable rates from the date of joining.
- Increment in Basic Pay and DA will happen yearly if the contract is extended.
Other Allowances/Facilities
- Life Insurance Premium Reimbursement: Up to ₹500/month on submission of receipts.
- Mobile Phone Allowance: Reimbursement up to ₹500/month.
- Health Benefits: Medical allowance of ₹500/month for OPD and Health Policy premium reimbursement up to ₹500/month.
- Travel Benefits: TA as per Pay Commission, including Railway Pass for duty travel.
- Rest House & Hotel Reimbursement: Provided if required for official duty.
- Leave Entitlement: 15 earned leaves every 6 months and 8 casual leaves per year.
