Eligibility Criteria For MRPL Apprenticeship
Enrollment and Registration on NATS Portal:
- Step 1: Candidates must enroll themselves on the Government website NATS as a “Student” and obtain a unique registration number before applying.
- Step 2: You must submit this registration number at the Apprenticeship Fair when applying.
Only candidates who have registered on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal are eligible for the selection process.
Educational Qualifications And Marks Requirement
MRPL is looking for candidates who meet the following educational qualifications and minimum marks:
Graduate Apprentice Trainee (GAT):
- Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation)
- Minimum Aggregate Percentage:
- UR/EWS: 55%
- OBC (NCL): 45%
- SC/ST/PwBD: 40%
Technician (Diploma) Apprentice Trainee (TAT):
- Diploma in Engineering (Chemical, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation, Commercial Practice)
- Minimum Aggregate Percentage:
- UR/EWS: 55%
- OBC (NCL): 45%
- SC/ST/PwBD: 40%
Additional Eligibility Criteria
- Year of Passing: Only candidates who have completed their engineering degree or diploma between 2020 and 2024 are eligible to apply.
- Work Experience: Candidates with prior work experience or those already undergoing apprenticeship training are not eligible.
- Mark Sheets & Certificates: Candidates who are awaiting their exam results or do not have their mark sheets or certificates (provisional or final) will not be eligible.
