Educational Qualification & Experience
Accounts / Admin Assistant
- Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business, Management, or Administration (M.Com, MBA preferred).
- The applicant must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking Kannada.
- Experience:
- Previous experience working as an Admin/Accounts Assistant is desirable.
- Familiarity with accounting software is an added advantage.
- Nature of Work:
- Assist with administrative and accounting tasks.
- Data entry, staff attendance management.
- Organizing meetings and trainings.
- Coordinate office files and documents, maintain stock and asset registers.
- Prepare TA/DA for staff and participants, and assist with honorarium preparation.

2. Training/Research Coordinator
- Minimum Qualification:
- MBBS, MPH, MD in Community Medicine, MSW, MSc Psychology, PSW, MPhil/PhD in Psychology, or Psychiatric Social Work.

- Experience:
- Experience in community-based work, module, and curriculum development is preferred.
- Strong training skills and scientific paper writing experience are desirable.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, NUDI, and BARAHA software is essential.
