Educational Qualification
Position 1: Project Technical Support III (Research Assistant)
- Qualification Requirements:
- A Master’s degree in Public Health, Social Work, Psychology, or Nursing, OR
- M. Phil in Clinical Psychology or Psychiatric Social Work
- Proficiency in English, Telugu, or Tamil for reading, writing, and speaking; typing skills are a bonus.
- Desired Experience: A background in clinical work, patient interviews, cohort management, and familiarity with software like Microsoft Office and RedCap.
- Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient phenotyping training.
- Interview and consent patients for research participation.
- Manage and organize data in project-specific software.
- Work with investigators across different sites and attend project meetings as necessary.
Position 2: Project Technical Support I (Lab Technician):
- Qualification Requirements:
- A 12th-grade background in Science, paired with either:
- B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) with 3 years of experience, OR
- A Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) with 2 years of experience.
- Desired Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a similar lab technician role.
- A 12th-grade background in Science, paired with either:
- Responsibilities:
- Collect blood samples from patients after obtaining consent.
- Handle tasks like labeling, barcoding, and shipping samples periodically.
