Educational Qualification
- Retired or serving officer (other than PNB, erstwhile OBC, erstwhile UNI, and related parties) in the rank equivalent to General Manager of another Bank/Financial Sector Regulatory Body/NBSP/NBFC/CIC.
Experience: Minimum 7 years in banking, finance, regulation, supervision, payment & settlement, credit information, or consumer protection
Leave Policy
- 12 leaves per year (Maximum 4 leaves at a time).
- No carry forward or leave encashment.
- Working Hours: As per PNB office timings (2nd & 4th Saturdays, public holidays off).
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer grievances as per RBI Internal Ombudsman Directions, 2023.
- Report to the Executive Director (Customer Service).
- Ensure efficient complaint resolution and reduce escalations to RBI Ombudsman.
- Improve customer confidence in PNB’s complaint resolution system.
