Eligibility Criteria
Nationality:
To be eligible, a candidate must be:
A citizen of India OR
A subject of Nepal/Bhutan OR
A Tibetan refugee who came to India before 1st January 1962 OR
A person of Indian origin who migrated from select countries with the intention of permanently settling in India.
Candidates (except Indian citizens) must have a government-issued eligibility certificate.
Educational Qualification
- Candidates must be members of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Preference will be given to those with additional qualifications like LLB, CA, ICWA, or FRM.
